So living abroad has it's ups and down sides, and one upside is when "coincidental collisions" occur. Reanna found me online and decided to get in contact with me. She is a fellow english girl who also lived in Brighton like me and has a passion for textiles. She moved over to Norway with her also lovely boyfriend Ola and live in the middle of the woods by a lake in Honefoss. She has amazingly set up a studio all on her own and after a few introductory emails and facebook inviting, she invited me up to use her studio. I was so excited! Getting the chance to screen print again has been a dream of mine since university. So up I went, one expensive bus ride and spent a sunday screen printing and playing about with a few ideas. So here is a few bad iphone photos of the day and Reanna Fines is pictured below- a lovely lass she is and very talented too! I am hoping to go up again and do some more prints so I can set up an etsy shop or something similar. Happy Easter all!
